Recovery Coordination

Once a potential claim is identified and you choose to proceed, FOUND coordinates the Agreement of Interest and required documentation. The claim is then submitted to an attorney who handles the legal review and claim processing through recovery. If funds are recovered, the attorney receives and distributes the funds. FOUND remains involved throughout the process, providing guidance, coordination, and communication.
