Integrity in Every Step
FOUND was built around a simple principle: do the research, explain the facts clearly, and treat every person with respect. Robert Leach, Overage Refund Specialist, works directly with individuals and families to explain what has been identified, answer questions, and coordinate the recovery process. If you choose to proceed, FOUND coordinates the Agreement of Interest and required documentation. The claim is then submitted to an attorney who handles the legal review and claim processing through recovery. FOUND remains involved throughout the process, providing guidance, coordination, and communication.
